My Story
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to lead human resources, oversee day and employment services, manage compliance initiatives, develop organizational policies, and support provider operations within the Kansas disability services system.
I've experienced firsthand the challenges organizations face—staffing shortages, regulatory changes, policy development, compliance requirements, leadership transitions, and balancing quality services with daily operations.
